Our Methodology


In acquisitions.

Based on our client’s “briefing”, we survey the market (national and international) and prepare a list of the identified prospective company vendors with a profile matching our client’s requirements. In close cooperation with our client, we then perform a detailed analysis of the company’s business, and assist in the evaluation process and the establishment of a business plan; we provide support in the preparation of the letter of intent and contracts, as well as , due diligence.

In sales.

Our approach to the buyers market is done by presenting a short company profile, without however indentifying the seller. The objective is to obtain a list of potential buyers and select the best offer, taking into consideration the price, method of payment, struture of the deal and the timeframe to conclude the deal. In close cooperation with the seller we perform a business analysis on the evaluation process, establishment of a business plan, preparation of the letters of intent, the confidentially agreements and contracts as well as provide support to the due diligence.
